- Description: Each constructed from a bee-related book, bamboo, wire netting and water proofing, there are 21 'bee nests' hung around the campus each nest offers shelter for solitary bees whose numbers are in steep decline. Alec Finlay was in 2013 the Leverhulme-funded University of Stirling artist in residence.
