Nonetheless, the human figure remains firmly at the core of his thinking and underpins all his sculptural output.The name Chloe means 'green shoot' - the goddess of crops, harvest, agriculture and fertility. The daughter of Cronus and Rhea, she was considered of great beauty and was the object of many gods' affections.
