- Description: Katy Dove's initial drawings and watercolours served as raw material for the animations, watercolour paintings and works on paper. The once isolated elements described in the drawings were scanned into a computer and duplicated and edited by Dove alongside sound. In some pieces the sound was a pre-composed track, in others Dove composed the score herself, using remixed tracks, everyday sounds, musical instruments and occasionally her voice. This piece was purchased from the exhibition 'Now is the Time' and was inspired by the works of renowned Stirling-born animator and film maker Norman McLaren after Dove visited the McLaren archive, which is held by the University of Stirling.
