- Description: A posthumous exhibition of graphic work by Bettina's late husband, the eminent sculptor Georg Ehrlich, had taken place in April 1972, at the MacRobert Arts Centre, and another exhibition of his sculpture was held Jan/Feb 1974. While organising this latter exhibition, the first curator of the Art Collection, Matilda Mitchell, visited Ehrlich's widow Bettina in her London home. This work was purchased for the Collection as a result of the collaboration.
