Joan Palmer (1941 – 1984)
View all Artists- Biography: Joan Palmer was a Glasgow painter in watercolour, and an engraver. She generally painted wild life subjects, especially flowers and trees. She came from an artistic family and trained at Glasgow School of Art. Her brother Kenneth was also an artist.
